Luke Kara Hair

After reading all the great reviews, I thought I'd try these guys. Bad idea!!!
I wanted colour that would incorporate my light brown to look more natural when growing out & last longer between colourings, with cool blonde highlights, but instead got ginger. I showed a photo and explained what I wanted, for the base colour to match my own colour. I don't feel the hairdresser listened to me & was distracted. The colour doesn't match my natural colour AT ALL and is all the one dimension of colour, so now I have my darker hair obviously growing out into the ginger & will need to get it re-done after only just having it done.
I also felt colour was left too long to process, even after having toner it was still ginger & I have tried myself to tone it down too.
I don't feel like myself at all & have felt embarrassed to go out.
It cost an absolute FORTUNE ?? for me to HATE my hair.
WONT GO BACK. ??

I have been coming to Luke for past 9 years and he is amazing! It is so hard to trust hairdressers but with Luke I totally trust that he will always make me look fantastic. I often get compliments about my hair from friends but you truly know when your hair looks good when random strangers compliment you. I owe this all to Luke - he is the GURU and not bad looking as well- bit of eye candy!!
