Can not believe that I went in for a trim and came out with nearly 30cm of beautiful healthy hair chopped off ! The response I got from the hairdresser was "oopsie". Based upon their skills abd attitude I certainly would not recommend this salon to anyone !

We know you were upset about having your haircut - you even told us how you freak out every time you have your hair cut, which hadn’t been cut in 6 months. We totally understand that - we know only too well how important hair is to us women, which is why your stylist took 15 minutes to do a thorough consultation with you.
At your insistence, your stylist continued with your colour, which you said you really loved, but sadly, after making the haircut complimentary you were still unhappy with the colour price. We let you go without paying a cent because it is of the utmost importance to us that our clients are 100% happy.
