hmmm not sure what 'Fedupwithbadservice' is talking about but I have been going there for a while now and have had nothing but delightful service. The barista knows his clients by first name, greats them and memorieses their coffee selection so your coffee is ready by the time you finishin paying for it. How is that for service!!! sorry you feel that way Fedupwithbadservice but it has been five years and by the sounds of it....either it has changed hands or they have changed their approach. I almost forgot to mention the awesome coffee!!! one of the best I have had and I have visited some of Sydney's finest.
Bad! Bad! Bad! The service is appalling. The management is rude and doesn't seem to care whether you "like it or not".
I have been there a few times as it is conveniently located and truth be told, the food aint bad but I can honestly say that they have been rude EVERY TIME! It doesn't help if your food's okay but your service sucks!!!
Lesson learnt... I will never return. I will rather drive a little out of my way to check out the new cafe that's just opened around the corner.
Good Luck ... you are going to need it when all your other customers eventually come to their senses and realise that they can be valued and respected elsewhere.
