It's still going after all these years! My most recent visit was last week when i was in the neighbourhood to visit a museum. I had a wonderful salad from the deli section as well as an excellent coffee. Hit the nail on the head, thank you! Fair prices and parking at the door on Harris St. I've been to at least three functions where the Lush Buckets team were the caterers and I've never been disappointed! The duck pancakes left a lasting impression, and all the other finger food and the wait staff they provided were superb. You won't be disappointed.
haven't visited the cafe itself (it's an unprepossessing building with a little too much brick on the facade for my taste) but by god can they make a good sandwich. a client of mine uses them to cater functions and they also do moorish finger food and salads.
They have now moved next door into a much larger and attractive building with no brick facade. The front is very inviting with glass folding doors.
