We've been using Lush Puppies for the last 18 months and are extremely happy with how Manu handles and grooms our Labradoodles. Thanks Manu, great job, they look great and feel great.
Their ears very clean, nails clipped and our dogs are happy being groomed at home and not being caged up. He has never nicked our dogs. Yes Manu brings his dog with him, he is friendly and great at relaxing our own dogs. He does not roam free, he is secured on a long chain. Lush Puppies has always turned up when he says and has been very reliable.

We didn't have a very pleasant experience with Lush puppies. The groomer brought our dog and lead back after washing our dog and his lead handle had been all chewed up by the groomers dog, (cute little buggar, that dog though, but quite wild & runs around your house off lead so beware of that) they offered to bring us a new lead next time they came and they didn't do that, instead they came to wash our dog one more time and brought back our lead to us this time not only with a completely chewed handle but the lead had somehow snapped right in half and been tied back together. They didn't even mention it to us, just tied it, dropped our dog off and snuck back out without mentioning it. It's the kind with a retractable rope and it no longer works because there's a big knot in it. Ive been living in Bondi for about 6 months now and been utilising Lush Puppies grooming service throughout the summer. I have tried other dog grooming service but found Lush Puppies to be the best of the lot. They are professional, reliable, and affordable. Their dog is so friendly and it helps my dog feel comfortable with the whole process which is a bonus! Highly recommended for those who require a mobile grooming service that gets the job done with a smile.
Unreliable and unprofessional service. Doesn't show up for appointments or is late almost every time. Which is really not a huge deal to us, the being late I mean, it's just the poor communication that is hard to deal with. Doesn't return texts and when they do it's extremely late at night, which is quite rude. We're talking like 11:00 at night. Also, brings their own puppy to appointments off lead & can't control him so he constantly runs in your house & chews things up & causes chaos. Just an all around poor experience. To be fair, the groomer is a nice enough person and seems good with dogs, just very unprofessional. Finally hired other groomer instead, and it was like night and day as far as professionalism and a job well done. Wish I had tried them sooner instead. Hired Lush puppies at first because they were on Yelp with a 5 star review, but later realised there was only one 5 star review total.
i was really surprised to read this review. I have been using this dog grooming service for over a year now. They have never missed any of my appointments and they always tell me that they can't guarantee the exact start time due to traffic conditions or the prior job. They love dogs and we love their new puppy - If you didn't then a simple request to chain him up wouldn't have been an issue for them. We even leave them a key to put our dog back in the house when we go out. We trust them, they are friendly and they do a great job.
This review is unreliable.
Then why are the only reviews on this page half a star and complaining about bad service? I have no reason to lie. I said the management was good with dogs and a nice enough person. If I was giving an unreliable review and just out to slam them I wouldn't have said anything nice. Just because you've had a positive experience does not make it untrue that I (and the other reviewer on here) have had a negative one.
