They don't reply to emails we had to chase them up for booking confirmation we never got a receipt they act like they are doing you a favour by hiring the vessel to you their behaviour is borderline controlling and to top it all off we never got the balance of the $900 bond back

The boat we hired was fantastic - exactly what we were looking for. We had a great time - however we had major issues with the staff who hired out the boat to us. Initially, we were charged 2 bonds apparently because we were all males. Although we were unhappy with this, we had just traveled 3 hours to pick up the boat, so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and trust that we would be treated fairly regarding the return of our bonds. BIG MISTAKE!

Without naming names, the staff who rented the boat to us decided that they would charge us an extra $400 for "cleaning" on top of our $300 petrol bill - no doubt this was preempted by the double bond, because we spend an hour clean the boat up at the harbor upon returning the boat (a day early might I add).
