I will never do business with LVMH Watch & Jewellery, again!
my last experience with them was pathetic! it took them about 3-4 weeks just to fix a tube & put a pin in my TAG watch and when i complained about no one calling me to inform me that my watch was fix to the person on the phone and at the reception, they said ' sorry, i wasn't there'.
i have been with them for many years, even since they were located on st Kilda Road and this is the tretment i get?
i also normally have to take days off work to go in to drop off and pick my watch as their trading hours are from 9 to 5. as a working person, full time job, it is impossable.
