We have tried to find a email for this business with no luck, we buy 6 packets of licorice lovers traditional a week and are wondering what’s gone wrong! The licorice is now hard and unappetising, can only assume the recipe has changed or it is now made somewhere else, sadly won’t be buying it again
I have the same problem. I just love LynChris Traditional Liquorice and now cannot get it at IGA ir anywhere. Can we get it online?

Wow. Your traditional 'soft and chewy' licorice is by far, the best ever licorice I've ever had the pleasure in devouring. It is so moorish. But I do have a major gripe however. Woolworths and Big W have stopped stocking this magnificent product of yours and despite my looking in other shops in the major rural town that I live near, I can not find another stockist of this fine product. Please tell me that you have a mail order service...
I absolutely LOVE the traditional licorice and the choc covered stuff (not too soft like 'Xerojet' said - please don't change it just to appease his/her teeth!)
Unfortunately, the OCD in me noticed the typo on the Traditional bag - I did search for 'Ingeburn NSW but couldn't find it so I'm guessing it's supposed to be Ingleburn so i think you're in for some free replacement bags from your supplier - which in turn (I believe (hope)) entitles me to some free products from your fine company!?
