Walked into this pharmacy today,there were two pharmacists out the back looking at a script, no problem I waited only a few minutes. A young gentlemen walked in and stood a little to the left behind me. An older pharmacist walked out and started serving him! This lovely young man obviously had good manners and told the pharmacist “this lady was before me”(he was pointing to myself). The pharmacist then waved his arm in my direction and proceeded to serve this young man! have NEVER been treated so rudely anywhere ! Needless to say I will not go back here,theydont seem to know what good customer service is.
I have been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for over 10 years and can guarantee the service is much higher than any of it's competitors. Unlike every other pharmacy, Lynch's Pharmacy don't send their customers to the front of the store with their prescriptions and you're able to pay for your medicines at the same counter you fill them at. All the staff there(except another staff) are nice and friendly. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone, any day!
Pharmacist there was very rude. I asked pharmacist to please attest a document but said pharmacist is too busy even though there was no one at counter. I always use to buy medicines from there. Now there is no way am going back to buy from that pharmist.
if you needed someone to attest something, why did you not go to the several real estate or tax agents where there is bound to be someone who will do it for you? maybe there is/was nobody at the pharmacy that is qualified to do such a thing?
I know for a fact this pharmacy packs Webster packs (pill organisers) for several nursing homes. If you called for an appointment you wouldn't have had a problem.
This pharmacy is the best pharmacy anyone could go to. Not only is it a pharmacy where you can get discount prices on both prescription and non-prescription medications, but its also a sub-newsagency, lottery agent, and sells all the basic everyday items like bread, milk, soft drinks, lollies, chocolates and I personally think Mr Lynch (who owns the pharmacy) works very hard in providing such a convenient and famous-for-service pharmacy. If anyone lives around the area, I would definately recommend Lynch's Pharmacy.
