We are very happy with what our child has been offered at this school. Private schools in the area could not match them. Amazing staff who treat students with respect and foster responsibility and confidence. Our child is being transformed in this environment. Thank you!

Lysterfield Primary School has had several principal changes in recent years... and the new principal Tina Clydesdale is making the most changes I've seen and for the better. Let's hope it continues as this is definitely improving the school community for the children. There are some excellent teachers there... there is always a few not so great ones but I can say that there are only 2 I can think of that are not so great. The children seem to love the rest of them. It's a good sized school and they have a new class room block that has just been built. The canteen has a healthy menu which is important. They offer camp to Grade 4 students now, music lessons for guitar/keyboard, sporting competitions and leadership programs. I would like to see the school offer more opportunities that are optional outside of school hours. But so far I think the principal is making it a great school and she is a very approachable and friendly person.
