Never, never use this business. What a waste of time. I had read previous bad reviews of this business but thought I would try it myself.
Bad service and no understanding of what customer service is. Elderly lady at the desk was very nonchalant. Didn't seem to care at all about customer complaints.
DO NOT GO THERE.
Terry, the owner, knows his trade, no doubt about that and he seemed to have regular customers. His advertisement in the Little Aussie Directory had everything I was looking for "friendly, honest and reliable auto-repairs". It was the first and last time I get my car serviced there for the following reasons:
1. I rang to get a price estimate for my logbook service. I gave the lad who answered the call details of my car. I even read out all the parts that needed to be replaced. "That's not much different to our standard major service which is $210. It'll be around that." I ended up paying about two-and-a-half times that!!
