This business does not deserve any stars! Almost 6months later still waiting for my receipt for my fridge that I paid CASH for insurance claim....and he now says he has "LOST" the receipt Book for that month. Absolutely the worst dealing with a business I have experience & I will be contacting Fair trade & the ATO. Please DO NOT waste your money on this guy.

Would never use them especially if you have to pay for it .All companies should not have them for service agents.I have put complaint into Sharp 1 month to fix a fridge GARBAGE and its still not done .
