Came 6 hours late without calling to let me know. Installed an electrical switchboard box on the kitchen wall with only enough switches to operate the existing appliances. Hence, to subsequently install an air-conditioner, an extra switch needed to be added outside the box. After he left, I noticed a small hole had been punctured into the side of my new kitchen benchtop. Did not give me an Electrical Certificate or Compliance.
