Extremely disappointed, never stopped seeing ants and red backs. White tails even popped up inside... Said they couldn't spray the trampoline and outdoor play equipment even though there was red backs on it all????? Claim their products are kid friendly but wouldn't use them on the kids play equipment?????

Didn't get rid of the cockroaches and they only told me there was no guarantee at the end of the service. They then told me That it would be more effective if We got our apartment block done. When I rang up only a month later (the cockroaches had got worse) to book the apartment block of four units they would not offer any discount. Very very disappointed as the service person was Very friendly.
I would not recommend this company at all.
you get the true picture about a service from the negative reviews not the positive because any one could post those if you get my meaning , so here is my story = bloke shows up , sprays out doors ,spend half hour in the kitchen, and no lies 45 seconds in each bedroom (bedrooms are quite crammed), yes we had a bad cockroach infestation , but the cockroaches were not affected by the spray ? we left the kitchen empty for 3 days so that the spray can dry etc , it did not work , OH! they called me back so that they can come again , so when i explained why this will never happen again , the lady at the other end of the phone said to me that they can not use strong chemicals because they are not allowed to do so , BUT! that if we continued with their service eventually the cockroaches will be under control , YEAH right, they should have a warning sighn saying we may or may not control your infestation with the first visit ! waste of money .
