I took a chance on this local family-owned business to assist with my move from Tarneit to Wyndham Vale in early October this year. The workers on the morning of the move arrived relatively on time but after I paid them in full with cash (1287) and they had left, I discovered my TV no longer worked and had been damaged during the move. I called the owner who was disinterested in resolving the issue and denied all responsibility. He even went as far to accuse me of damaging the TV myself and then getting his workers to move it on the day.
The only resolution offered was a miniscule $400 which does not cover the cost of replacing my TV with a like-for-like model.
