Used them through a local newsagent. AVOID them at all costs. They returned my garments dirty on 2 occasions, then ripped my cardigan when they had to re-clean them. I re-returned them and the newsagent said M Press would call me back. Then never rang me like they said they would. They later accused me of lying about never receiving the phone call and also accused me of putting the holes there when I returned them in the package with the plastic!!....And when I tried to explain to them ( in a nice manner), they became hostile, belligerent and plain mean. They asked ME to pay to fix the holes they ripped in my cardigan (clearly machine made)... and threw in the hostility with it. This is the WORST agent I have ever used. I used this business last week for the first time. I dropped a number of garments to them. Two were returned shrunk and one damaged to the point I cannot wear them. When I rang this business to see what they could do they refused to even listen to me. When I contacted them one more time on the advise of Consumer Affairs they hung up on me and will now not take my calls. Am lodging complaints with VCAT and consumer affairs.
