I was under the impression these people did custom boxes, i wanted a fairly normal set of Aluminium tool boxes made with the exception that i wanted a few extra locks put on them as there has been a lot of theft in my area of late. The technician seemed barely interested in the job although it was worth about $750.00 to his company & they were all round, i thought, actually pretty bloody rude. The other assistant was the complete opposite, very polite & customer focused & actually coaxed me back into getting the box's made, when i was going to walk out & with the extra locks that apparently the other staff seemed to think were unecessary ( honestly, i mean i thought you did custom box's, that's why i chose you in the first place, duh!) I picked the job up two weeks later & paid the full cost in cash.
