Macarthur Tavern

Nice place to go for a meal, went there for a birthday party recently and it did feel like more of a restaurant than a club like it used to be when it opened so keep that in mind.

Sadly this is a horrible venue despite how nice it looks on the outside and it's potential. Mostly it is due to the type of people they let in at night due to not so strict rules. They need to train there staff better or hire people who don't just slip free drinks to their mates then half fill paid drinks. Upon doing my RSA/ RCG I was told it was amoung one of the most dangerous pubs in australia. I could see why.

Bad food, even worse customer service. Nice enough venue for a Friday or Saturday night to have a drink in the local area but you wouldn't want to pay much for it, the quality is not there.

Staff are rude. Also, myself and numerous friends have experienced the staff over charging for drinks and short changing customers. Such a shame as it's a nice venue. Better management is definitely needed.

fantastic service im up there at least once maybe twice a week and staff are fantastic well looked after food is fantastic YUM!!!
