Macarthur Valuations was formed in 1997 by Steven Manzo who is a Certified Practising Valuer with over 20 years of professional property valuations experience. All our valuers are registered as Practising Real Estate Valuers (without limitation) by the Department of Fair Trading. They are Certified Practising Valuer members of the Australian Property
Institute (API), and regularly participate in continuing professional education to keep abreast of new developments and legislative changes which affect property markets and the economic outlook.
