Mackay Alex & Co

I recently used Alex Mackay & Co for my conveyancing. I found them to be to very professional and made it easy to understand the process. I would definitely recommend using this firm to any of my friends.

This is the most unprofessional and rude company I have come accross yet. I asked them a simple question and the receptionish kept me on hold for over 10 minutes only to be put on to the management who eventually hung up the phone. I would not recommend dealing with this company as they do not seem to care about anyone except themselves. TRY ANOTHER FIRM!
