Malcolm came when he said he would and gave an estimate for the job I needed done. He was flexible and friendly and it was quickly obvious had a high level of professional expertise. We then arranged a time for the job to be done and once again, Malcolm came when he said he would, did the job, and his final invoice was very close to the orignial estimate.
