Absolutley awful, do not use this company. Andrew the owner lacks communication and doesn't know how to deal with customers at all. I asked them to do a service and they didn't do it and didn't say they couldn't do it, and then finished the tiling and realised it wasn't done. His excuse was the tiling was already done, Not sure about more human beings but if you can't do something don't you tell the customer? No, I was not informed and he takes no responsiblity. Don't use them.
