Macleay Pumps & Irrigation

Nothing good to say about the poor service we received from Macleay Pumps & Irrigation on 84 Smith Street, Kempsey. Uninterested, unhelpful and rude. We picked up our unrepaired pump home after more than a week of sitting on the shop floor waiting for a part that may or may not have been ordered, with no suggestion of how long it would take and no offer of a temporary pump to keep us going until such time that we could re-install the repaired pump. Don't waste your time here. We bought a perfectly good pump from Bunnings for under $200 and we will get the old Onga repaired somewhere else as a back up.
