Macleay Street Medical Practice

I had to see a specialist very urgently, looked up the closest medical centre and made a booking for the same day. Only then I went online and read the reviews below. I wasn't sure if I wanted to still go there after what I read but then again most people write reviews only about negative experience and tend to keep positive experience to themselves. I thought it would be unfair not to leave positive feedback after the way I was treated at the medical centre.

I came just a bit earlier to set up my account as a new customer. The receptionist was welcoming and we had a pleasant conversation while I was waiting for the doctor. The 2 GP's I saw there were great but to get to them you have to get past the reception staff. The first time I was desperate so I put up with the reception staff's rudeness. The GP was good so I went back a second time and was faced with the reception staff again. Not a pleasant experience to encounter when you are sick.

I've worked as a radiographer for 15years and if any of my co-workers treated their patients like the reception staff there does, they'd be fired.

Go elsewhere!

Nonsence! Just had the appointI came in time, even 10 minutes early. Not only I was taken in time, I had to wait 40 minutes more! Isn't it nice?!

Dr Erin Crumlin is without exception the best GP I have ever been to. I have been a patient of hers for over 15 years, and could not recommend her more highly. I would not see another GP under any circumstances.
