Macquarie Fields Fish & Chip Shop

So I ordered from here previously as it s 1 of few places that would deliver at 11am. Timing wasnt too bad and the food was ok. Chips were only warm though considering its only a 5min drive away but it was decent. I've just ordered again through but have noticed the number provided through menu log has been disconnected and there is no phone number for them online??? Theres a flaw in the menu log app as I tried to order a kebab with lettuce, tomato amd onion but the add option only allows 1 selection so does that mean I'll only get onions??? We'll see when it gets here lol.

Never order fish from here!

The fish was overpriced and tasted absolutely disgusting. It wasn't just bad tasting, it was completely inedible! I was extremely surprised. The chips were a large for $7 but it was basically $7 for 7 chips.

Ok so the fish and chips shop has reopened with new owners and there is some positives and negatives. Since it's the grand opening, everything is half price and theres a lot of people so it might take a while. Anyways, there is more variety of fush this time like flathead and salmon, and the chips were crunchy as always. However, the food was not seasoned. The salad was dry and really needed some dressing. The menu is smaller and not as many items as before. One thing I have to say about this place is that the prices are VERY EXPENSIVE. $15.50 for atlantic salmon! But the quanity is generous. This place is still running smoothly.

There is not much selection of fish besides hake or basa, but it is well cooked and tasty. Also try out the hamburgers and roast. Overall, an average non-beach Chinese fish n chip shop
