Macquarie Ice Rink

Very dissapointed with my experience here. We pay 20 dollars each expecting for music while we were skating, but instead listened to a 30 second snippet of a boring song for a routine one of people training were doing for AN HOUR. this was ridiculous , and after asking about the music I was told that this was the owners decision and she couldn't do anything about it. VERY unproffessional, there are private sessions for a reason !!!! Looked very bad for business and I can guarantee nobody there was impressed

This rink is not as big as others so it can get quite packed especially during school holidays.

The benefit of skating at this ice rink is that it's within the shopping mall so you can do your shopping or get a bite to eat afterwards.

This place is a bit small and always far too packed for my liking. Battling hundreds of others at any given time. Nice on a hot day though, even just walking past it

There ice rink has been a childhood favourite for me for many years and by the looks of it, many others love the old ice rink too. Located in the bottom of Macquarie shopping centre, the ice rink hasn't had much change since it was built. There's still an 80's feel to the lobby and the rink arena may need a little renovation. Prices are around $22 an adult but the rink is packed on Sunday afternoons so try an early session.

Great Ice skating rink, but be warned they only accept cash, so go past a atm prior as it will take you fifteen minutes to get down the slow elevator to the food court to closest ATM. They really should get a eftpos its 2011.....
