Macquarie Locksmiths

I was locked out of my house one night at 12pm, I had called several locksmiths and they all were very grumpy and overpriced, I finally found Macquarie Locksmiths and they picked up straight away and were there within 30 minutes. They were very friendly. I highly recommend them.

I was broken into and had to call a locksmith at 1am in the morning to secure my home. I phoned several locksmiths who did not even bother to answer their phone (even though they advertised 24 service!!)... then I phoned Macquarie Locksmiths who answered my call straight away and arrived within 30 minutes. Their prompt, friendly and reasonably priced service was greatly appreciated especially considering the circumstances and the time of my call. I would definitely use them again.

Being a business woman I understand the policy it takes to get key cut that is marked do not copy I think you should glad that the locksmith did his job correctly and he asked for reasonable references, I just got off the phone to him this afternoon and found him to be very reasonably priced and easy to communicate with keep up the good work

I have a "Do not copy" marked key made by them that no other locksmith is willing to duplicate for me. Apparently I have to go back to the original locksmith and provide proof that I am an owner of the unit to get it done.



Called Macquarie a few times. First time, it got cut off. Then, I was asked to call back after 8 am. When I called back at about 9am the next day, they wouldn't even talk to me!! I just wanted to know what proof to bring and what their business hours were!! They actually hung up on me!!!



I wish I could go some place else, but I can't, I'm stuck with them!!!
