Usual a good experience but very dependent on who you see. Watch out for extended sessions (additional billing time) that are caused by casual conversations unrelated to your visit. Likewise waiting room time at ground level and then again on level 4. I recently had a 5 min test result conversation that dragged out to 30 mins due to practitioner and second waiting room time loss hence a long visit charge.
I view this as very unprofessional. I raised this and was told don't worry Medicare covers most of it anyway. Not a satisfactory response.

everyone is always nice, though I would like an iPad in waiitng room though. My local medical centre has iPads and it's really good when waiting. Good practice for the SydneyCBD though when you need it...!!

I book an appointment online and I was notified when only two patients were in front on me. That was very helpful to me since I was on a lunch break at that time.

Best medical centre in the CBD! Caring and attention to detail doctors.

Really beautiful old building that serves as a medical practice. There has been a couple of times that I have been to this Medical Practice and the lifts have been down, which could be an issue for some patients but otherwise it's a good practice.
