Fantastic service, Murali went above and beyond. I needed my Macbook Pro looked at, as it had developed a sticky trackpad and I'd read online that it can be caused by the battery swelling beneath them (this occurs in older computers). That really concerned me, as I was intending on giving the computer to my Mum as a gift after purchasing a new one, and I wanted to make sure it not only worked properly, but also that there wouldn't be any major failures in future.

I have needed to get my iMac computer repaired on two occasions for 2 completely unrelated problems and on both occasions I have been pleasantly surprised at how well the repairs were handled. The iMac is a 2008 and would have been consigned to the garbage heap if I had listened to the advice I got from other so called Mac experts. On both occasions, after taking the iMac to Macrotech, they came up with innivotive solutions that saved me both time and money and the machine runs better now, than when it was new. I would like to thank Murali and the team for their professionalism, speedness of repair and their honesty. I have recommended Macrotech to several of my friends and they have all had similar experiences to me.

Two months after spending $600 repairing my MacBook it broke down again with the same problem. I took it to Macrotech Solutions this morning to get an assessment of the situation. (Repair again or replace). The fellow there took a look at my computer and gave me a really fair and honest opinion, showed me how to temporarily fix the problem and buy me some time before I have to replace the computer. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, and he didn't charge me. I must say that after the disappointment of the last repair guy, I was really touched and impressed by macro tech solutions. You don't often encounter that kind of service and generosity nowadays. I highly recommend MacroTech Solutions, such honesty and integrity should be supported.

I also received excellent service from Murali. I had some internet problems with my laptop. Murali fixed it quickly and efficiently. I remembered him from Landmark Computers and he was equally as helpful there. A very pleasant person to deal with and obviously very well qualified on the technical side of computers. I will certainly use him again and would recommend him to others.

Amazing customer service and expertise. Computer engineer, Murali was brillant. No other repairer (even Sony) could fix my Sony Vaio.. Murali went above and beyond to source parts and repair my laptop. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. Thank you so much. The cost of diagnosing and repairing the unit was also extremely affordable. 10/10
