The service is REALLY POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE! Not even a 24hr notice and appointments are cancelled without out warning via a text. No reply VERY BAD MANAGEMENT. NO-ONE should EVER bother with this place a complete waste of time.

I booked my mum and I in here a few months ago as a pamper day for her birthday. Just last week, with 24 hours notice they cancelled my appointment. Via sms. I tried calling and they wouldn't answer my calls or return them when I left messages asking them to do so. Yet they were able to reply to one of my sms, with one a word answer.

Not very professional and not very polite.
