Had a very negative experience with this company. They claim on their website that their end of lease cleaning includes everything, there is a 100% bond back guarantee and if you or the real estate are not satisfied with the service and notify them within 14 days that they will return to complete the cleaning for free.

We hired them to do an end of lease clean, were given a price that we were insured included all the services we required. Our real estate agent contacted us with a complaint that several things had been missed. We hired these guys for an end of lease clean. They charged us almost $100 more than the quoted price with no explanation as to where the additional costs came from, forced us to pay upfront and sign an agreement that we were satisfied with the work done (before it was even commenced) and then did an appalling job of cleaning the place.

There was dry cat food left on floors which had not been vacuumed. Windows were untouched. Walls were not cleaned. Sinks had mould around drains. all i can say with madaboutcleaning is their name will best describes how their customers will going to be if you have their services, you will going to be mad about their cleaning!!! the team of cleaner which consists of two person doesn't have any idea of what the word "clean" means. what was written in their website was all lies as I don't think they arr professionals at all as they don't know what they are doing. as a customer, i was really stress and i need to supervise the cleaner and tell them what to do. the managers may be nice to talk to at the start but extremely rude and unprofessional when handling complains. I am in the process of putting up a complain to consumers affair. i am writting this review so i could help others to warn them not to have any business at all with this people.
