Booked in for a dog grooming service which includes a haircut and nails clipped. I was charged $80 instead of the $50 grooming fee, due to my dog barking at others and not being obedient to the lady (it was his first time). $30 extra and she didn't even clip his nails! When I collected my dog she was extremely rude, claiming that my dog is fat (vet has said he is a healthy weight for his breed) and then overcharging me for a job she didn't even finish. Will be telling all my friends with animals about this incident and will not be returning. Terrible service.
I purchased a 6 yr old ex breeding Cavalier from them, $450. I as given a Vet Health certificate stating dog had \'A degree of tartar\' on teeth. I spoke to shop management about my concerns. They said it was only tartar build up and I would have to expect that for a dog that age.As I was concerned about her teeth I spoke to the Vet, who desexed her, they said they could\'nt do a Dental check at the same time as desexing. They offered me a 10% Vet discount if I took her to their Vet. All Vets give a 10% discount in August as it is Dental month. The dog couldn\'t chew on hard food or dry food and had bad breath. I took the dog to my Vet and they had to have four rotten teeth removed. She also has an on going yeast ear infection. I had been a customer here for many years, having owned two cats, a puppy and this dog, buying all their food, toys and supplies from them over the years. I think I deserved to be treated better.
