I told the reception staff what I needed and recommended 'somebody' who is described on the site as "a gentleman of 35", "fit and athletic" & "disarmingly handsome". The person who turned up was in the early 50s, overweight, and heavily tattooed - the complete opposite of the photo/description on the website. Staff said they have no authority to handle the matter and that I had to email 'management' instead. The email for 'management' is just the website email. I have emailed twice requesting a full refund. The silence is deafening. Take my good advice and do not use this service. $550 is alot of money to waste. This agency does not care about your needs. Thank goodness for the power of reviews.
