Totally rude by service staff who claims is the management.To argue over cancellation of lay by. i had a personal tragedy which could not allow me to finalise my lay by and they were not sympathetic or helpful with regards to extending the lay by time frame, only to say 'Ha you have lost your money if you dont pay the balance.' i was horrified that staff lacks empathy to the degree of being absolutely rude. i did push ask nicely if staff could please call the management and see what they could do, but the management was just as not sympathetic, only to upset me even more. i lost over $100 because i cancelled my lay by. they have my $100 and also have the clothes to on sell to someone else. i wont be back, you should not shop there or dont buy from the staff. People if you look around you will find the same label cloths at a cheaper price..As they say Buyer beware, this is true of this business.

I had nothing but a enjoyable experience at Madame Farquah. I was trying clothes on for 2 hours and the lady was extremely helpful. I purchased clothes that I'm very happy with. I'll definitely be returning

Had a great experience today at Madame Farquah's. The staff were very friendly & accommodating and I loved all the dresses she suggested. Got a beautiful Australian made retro 50's dress for my 50th birthday. Try them out, they weren't rude at all!

20% layby cancellation fee. Totally rude by the management. Staffl at the counter was lovely though. Staff when I was trying stuff on was friendly enough but very pushy. I won't be back. Can get the same stuff elsewhere cheaper.

Management is so rude and offers the worst customer service! If you don't buy anything, they will get cranky. Stay away customers and save your money by buying online. Their mark up is crazy. Just look up your label and purchase direct!! And what happened to all the local brands? Shop is now full of American labels you can buy on eBay for heaps cheaper. Thumbs down experience from me
