Not a bad place to get a feed whilst in this neighbourhood. All your fave Vietnamese dishes are here, and it's BYO, with a Woolworths/BWS close by for booze. Bottles of water on table and young kids were dining happily with extended families...it's very unpretentious. For around $40 we got corkage for two people and an spring rolls pre main course, and a main course each. I would return.
