I built two homes with Madison Homes about three years ago because their price was signifigantly cheaper than the oter two quotes I received. I guess I should have smelled a rat then.
The level of communication and supervision was appalling.
In the middle of the build we were visited by Council inspectors and they shut the site down because the party fire wall was not built to code. After being shut down for four weeks Madison recommenced with new plans only to again be shut down by council because they were again not following code.
I cannot begin to detail the problems and incompetency dispalyed by this builder.
The worst builder I have ever used! Stay clear.
I was recommended to Madison Homes by my architect as my lovely wife and I had designed an amazing home for my large family at Rostrevor.
Being Italian, i only expect the best and i hesitantly accepted the recommendation of Madison Homes over prestige builders Built Solutions and Rendition Homes. They were both amateur and just too expensive but we wont go there on this review!!
Rino the owner of Madison Homes promised everything in the beginning. He assured me we were going to get the home of our dreams and that he offered in new home solutions.
