Now closed down leaving people without any hope of ever having their kitchen cabinets completed and installed. Customers paid good money for the services of this company with nothing in return. Shame Shame Shame on you both - Dianne and Brian.

Going to Consumer Affairs Victoria. Ordered and paid half deposit on a bin and cupboard 2.5 months ago. No response to emails or messages. Finally Dianne King picked up the phone today and informs me they have been closed down, that she will send me an email from 'a different address' hoping to 'resolve my issue' hopefully with news 'in the next couple of hours'. Dianne - we will track you down and get our money back. THAT you can guarrantee.

They have been shut for at least 3 weeks not answering emails or phone there goes my hard earn money. Does anyone else have the same problem.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Take your money and run as fast as you can away from this place! Shouldn't be allowed to trade they have no idea what they are doing and run out of money have way through the job! Don't go near this place!!

STAY AWAY FROM MADDISON KITCHENS!! I have recently ordered a kitchen cabinet from Maddison kitchens. I have paid for a good quality professional finish but what we end up is far from it. They have turn up at my place with no installation tools. There was no proper installer. Apprentice didn't seem to know how to operate a drill so I end up installing it myself. Draws and doors didn't fit - it took them a week to fix it and you know what it still doesn't fit properly. These are complete jokers!! You are better of ordering flat pack kitchen rather than dealing with Maddison's kitchens.
