Madisons Cafe

Great trading hours if you're looking for something either really early in the morning, or late at night. There's indoor and outdoor seating and the cafe is usually pretty busy!
I've used Madisons for family outings, business meetings and just for a quiet coffee.
The ham and cheese croissants for brekky are filling and the coffee is worth going back for seconds. Great spot in the mall, but can take time to be served in the peak times. A true local.

I had coffee there not long ago, accidently left my wallett and would love to thank the staff for being so honest and keeping it aside for me. The waitress found it and I am so thankful! My experience was a very good one and I will always go back

So rude! No idea why the staff cannot smile. No one welcomed us inside, we had to ask if we're ok to take a seat. There were no menus on the table so I had to go to the counter and ask for some. The wait staff just handed it to me without saying a word. The food was terrible. I had eggs, mushroom and spinach for breakfast...the spinach hadn't been cooked just thrown on the plate, the mushrooms were tasteless and too oily and the toast was cold... I'm not fussy about meals whatsoever but the food in no way made up for the shocking service

6 years ago we had our wedding cake designed and made for us by this lovely place. Always had great memories from it all, but went there on the weekend and quite disappointed as service was terribly slow and wait staff made us feel as through we were inconveniencing them by being there :( very sad to see a place go down after so long.

To be honest, every person goes to this place for coffee in Broadbeach and I have no idea why. The service is terrible, they are very slow, first of all taking your order and then fulfilling it. There seems to be no order when customers are lined up as they have about three areas where staff decide to take an order from and you could be in line waiting patiently for your turn when all of a sudden a staff member takes someone else's order at another point who has not been waiting all that long and it just leaves you feeling like walking away.
Then there is the coffee. When asked for decaf, you get full strength. Do they think that people who drink decaf don't know the difference? And you have the cheek to charge for it too! Also, not good coffee at ...read more
