Worst hairdressing experience ever!!! There was a misunderstanding and instead of the owner De addressing the issue she just didn't want to do my hair and left me sitting waiting for 30 minutes. Lucky for amanda she was very understanding. Definitely not going back

After my regular hairdresser retired, I chose Maestro in Williamstown as my next possible hairdressers. I booked an appointment over the phone a week in advance. When I got to the salon for my appointment, it was CLOSED. My appointment was at 3:30pm and the sign on the door said they closed at 5pm!! I was having my hair done for an event and I am absolutely DEVESTATED and EMBARRASSED- knocking on the window, wondering what was happening! It is now too late to make an appointment anywhere else. I didn't even receive a PHONE CALL to let me know. I am so upset and I will NEVER go here again. They lost a customer before I even walked in the door. Really disappointing.

I've been having my hair done at Maestro for about a year now, they get my blonde the perfect shade every time, it looks fabulous, I'm very happy!

the worst hair cut i have ever had from the so called grumpy hairdresser had been working there for 25yrs, i had to ask that person twice to fix my hair as i was not happy with it . i had an event to go on the weekend and a so many people said "have you changed your hairdresser" there was no style the fringe was too short

do yourself a huge favor and dont bother with this rude hairdresser.

I had my hair done here a few months ago. The service was really great and the ladies were lovely. I had a cheap voucher but their normal menu is a little over priced. Great job though! Blonde can be hard to get right.
