As an owner I have found Magain to be fantastic. I live interstate so rely heavily on my property manager. Magain have taken care of everything. Responses to my emails are always quick and any problems are dealt with quickly and completely. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Laziest property managers in existence! - They are so good that they can't keep their own staff! In the 4 years that I have rented with them, they went through several property managers - not once informing us of new contact details. No notice of renewal or vacation notice was sent and instead of any sort of contact, we heard from them when they threatened us with legal action after the lease was expired! Maintenance was non existent - multiple calls were made about problems, but none were fixed. Not recommend for ANYONE - Tenants or property owners!
