Extremely unprofessional. Used this company to supply transport our guests at our wedding. My husbands name was wrong on the front of bus! we didn't realise until we seen photos. Also if they tell you that you can get free entry to a club for your guests do not believe this. It was part of our deal...so I was a bit confused when the bus driver tried to drop our whole wedding party off well outside of Byron centre. After directing the driver to drop us at the club we had booked through magic bus, we realised why...it was closed down. Massive disappointment for us at the end of our big nite. Everyone dispersed as we all couldn't get into the same place as a big group. Really ruined the end of my wedding night. Of course, when we took it up with them, they blamed the club and told my husband I had given them the name they put on the bus. Ehm, I think after 15 yrs I know my mans name. Infuriating..
