Terrible service, AVOID this company if you can, my biggest of mistake is using their service. The cleaners did a very average job on the day and damaged one of our room by removing items without asking from our home. ( NOT acceptable). And when I called to provide the feedback, their reply was "go somewhere else if you are not happy with our service", the most disgusting part was the owner of the business took ZERO care or responsibility for their action. The owner is all about blaming customers when something went wrong....TERRIBLE.. **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**
I had to call Magic Maid for the inspection and I paid $36 per hour. I asked the couple to clean for three hours and it was done better than I expected. They even cleaned places that I didn't ask them to do. I am very happy with their work and I would definitely call them again for my next inspection.
My cleaner was terrible did a rubbish job will never ever use them ever again.
To the above comment, perhaps the cleaning company should tell their clients to remove all 'clutter' from their house prior to a cleaner coming? I dont know what this reviwer experienced, however from my experience this does not explain why the cleaner did absolutly nothing in a completly vacated house.
