He does reasonable job but often delayed for delivery. He made me come back 2 times in one day and it happened few time. Once he made frame too big but told me to check with my customer first. Very bad communication and often late for delivery. No more waiting time and never come back again.

WORST FRAMING DO NOT GO HERE.
Very upset after spending a long time on my painting to come back to my picture framed with the edges cut right off including my signature. I feel that the frame was measured incorrectly. Also was framed with glass which I had not asked for as they are textured oil painting. Opened the painting to see how far it was cut and he had cut right to the painting with very blunt scissors as the painting is now frayed and damaged. I'm extremely upset with the service as when I tried to ring to let him know the issues he shouted at me and said it was my fault. He hurried this and was rude right through to the end of the phone call :( never again. Money wasn't an issue it's my work I'm so upset about.

Winston and the crew at Magic picture framing have always done a wonderful job, in short order, for a great price. I have had 40+ pieces framed, and would highly recommend them.
