I discovered Magic Tiles a few years ago when we were planning on building a new house, and were sent here to pick out tiles. I thought they might be a bit snooty because we were getting the cheapest range and couldn't be upsold, but they were actually very nice, professional and efficient. Went the house building fell through, we went back here to get some tiles to renovate the bathroom and again they were more than helpful. They even let me take as much of the odd tiles from the back as I wanted for projects. I gave a bootful to my sister for mozaicing and she was rapt. They even let me park around the back when I picked up my tiles, so I didn't have to get a sleeping baby out of the car to go through the show room when just picking up. I rang from the mobile when I got there, and they just came out and met me. Don't get that service in many places, especially when you are not spending a fortune.
