I commissioned two web design projects with Magicdust and happy to say that everything was done on time and according to my specifications. Their communication was excellent and I felt that I was part of a team and got my money’s worth. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of custom web design services.

Do not useMagic Dust!! They are a total rip off!! We paid over $2000 to have a website upgraded and it is so poorly designed that my company will not let it go live. We have unfortunalty like other reviewers cut our losses and walked away. The hosting fee is also expensive at more than $300 a year. Customer service is normally in the Phillipines which makes it even worse due to language difficulities. We have been promised changes that are basic for computer techs and have been told they have been done, only to find out that the changes and corrections in the back end were never done. The amount of stress this company has caused us has been enormous. Do not deal with them!!!! They need to be reported to Fair Trading.

i lost a lot of money using this company to build a website for me in recent months. They wanted to be paid up front and then did such a poor job on my company's website that i have not been allowed to let it go live. I have had to cut my losses and pay a different company to make my website. They are cheap for a reason. Stay away from them!!!

Thanks Magicdust for all your help. I am so happy that I can now get leads from my website. Its really made a big difference to my business. The team have been helpful and really 'get' that I am a local small business who needs real results at the right price.

Impressed. Developing a website is always a bit of a dance. So many moving parts. But Magicdust handled it well. Shout out to Alex who helped untangle the mystery of my domain name. Could not have done it with out her. Happy to recommend the Magicdust team.
