I have been to numerous functions at the Magill Senior Citizens Club. We have had functions that include Birthday parties, The biggest morning tea, Christmas lunches, Melbourne Cup lunches and other functions most events have had entertainment and up to 90 guests and we have never had a problem with the power. The kitchen has recently been updated with new appliances, there is also plenty of bench space. I would recommend this hall to anyone.
The hall is well presented and has good cooking facilites however...
If you wish to have any guests attending,
wish to cook food, wish to have anyone talking, or even are crazy enough to consider having music look elsewhere.
There is a noise level sensor which turns the whole entire power off. This includes the fridge, oven microwave and every power point in the place!
If you have more than say 20 people having a conversation it will shut off and actually blew up our dj's sound system.
Would definitely not recomend to anyone wanting to have any form of birthday celebration/social event.
