I recently purchased some fridge containers which were made of plastic and on wheels. I was so excited to see my parcel arrive, I ran inside to open it when I discovered that one of them was broken so straight away I got on the phone and called the sales girls to tell them about my broken containers. They were so helpful and reassured me that new ones will be posted immediately and they arrived later on in that week. They weremarked as replacement on the invoice I was so impressed with the fantastic customer service they replaced them no questions asked. Very happy customer...
Love Magnamail. Great stuff, great service. Customer service is very friendly. Always love the gifts you sometimes get. I gave the necklace to my daughter and she loved. one of my meerkat maps broke during delivery but they replaced it straight away no questions asked and I didn't have to send it back at all.

At first I was a bit hesitant because I hadn't ever ordered from a catalogue before but it wasn't long before I became a Magnamail regular.
