Bought a group on for spirit magnolia, booked, and on the day 2 hrs before my appointment time, which i was bringing my mum with me, who has to travel to my place, they had the audacity to send me an sms cancelling due to staff illness!
I found their phone mannerisms to be extremely poor, and i will attempt to get my money back as i no longer have any interest in re booking with this company.
Extrememly disappointed!
