Magnum Floor Sanding Sydney

Just thought I would share my positive feedback about the guys from Magnum Floor Sanding with everyone. I was most impressed with Adam and the rest of the team - they were always on time, incredibly professional and the finished product was on time and within the quoted price I was originally given. You guys were professional and really helpful from the first phone call. I was a bit hesitant as I've learnt through all our renovations that trades people are not commonly punctual or overly friendly. You've restored my faith in tradesmen! You guys were great, the team from the office answered all my questions, your free onsite quote with the technician was on time and well presented and the job was top quality.

Really disappointed. They came out to do a site inspection, confirmed they could do the works and took a 25% deposit. On the day they were due to start the works (we had the entire house emptied in preparation) they called to advise they could no longer do the work as they hadn\'t realised they were floating floor boards and they were no suitable for sanding. When I asked why they didn\'t notice that during the site visit, they advised they don\'t remember the job and I should speak to the office about getting my deposit back. The office has yet to return our calls. Really unprofessional and has left us in a really inconvenient situation. Would never recommend them.
