Disappointing. The mount was too narrow and made the whole thing look cheap - like something I could've picked up in Kmart. I took it back to see if he could improve on it but he said it would be a completely new job and I'd have to pay for it over again. Wish I'd just stuck to the old frame (which I did get from Kmart) instead of paying a lot for a very disappointing result.

Greg had tried his best within his 30 minute consultation with you to provide the best advice for your frame and matting. In the end, the frame option was your own choice as well as the matting which Greg had advised was not suitable. We are unable to offer re dos on custom work when a customer makes a wrong choice. Our frames are custom made to suit your specific requirements and unfortunately we can only provide options but at the end of the day if you do not wish to follow our advice then there isn't much that we can do about it. We are sorry for your experience and we wish you all the best.
